Information
Family members came into the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office on January 8, 2008 to report him as a missing person.
On December 14, 2007 at 7:00am Mr. Spurlock told his grandmother he had to meet someone at the foothills substation in Fallsburg for a ride. The substation was about a ½ mile from his grandmother’s residence. It is unknown at this time that he got a ride from. At 1:41pm he contacted his wife from the Ramada Inn in Paintsville, KY stating he was waiting for a ride, and no one has heard from him since.
